Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural/Civil Engineering or closely related field required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred for eligibility considerations.
• 15+ years of related engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Secure own project work through proposals to new and existing clients.
• Oversee a team of engineers to ensure projects are on time and within budget.
• Ensure project compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Develop budgets, task lists, and schedules; delegate work accordingly.
• Mentor engineers and project managers to promote growth and efficiency.
• Engage in business development and client relationship management.
