Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural/Civil/Architectural Engineering.
• Professional engineer (PE/SE) licensure required.
• 5–8 years of related engineering experience.
• Strong budgeting and cost-containment skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with structural analysis software and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage engineering work on projects with oversight by an experienced engineer as appropriate.
• Oversee design engineers to ensure timely, code-compliant deliverables.
• Seal reports and drawings after quality control review.
• Prepare redline markups and ensure accuracy against design intent.
• Prepare project proposals and provide hours estimates for large bids.
• Interact with clients to develop relationships and pursue opportunities.
• Attend design and site meetings and ensure adherence to schedule and budget.
