Providence Engineering in Bucks County seeks a Senior Project Manager, Structural to organize, manage, and plan projects of all sizes, leading project teams of PMs, PEs, and Design Engineers.

Responsibilities include securing work via proposals, RCAT-driven solutions, overseeing on-time, on-budget delivery, ensuring code compliance, mentoring staff, and supporting business development and client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
• PE licensure preferred (not required).
• 15+ years of structural engineering experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with structural software (Risa 3D, RAM, Tedds).

Responsibilities

• Secure project work through client proposals.
• Lead engineers to deliver on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with codes and client requirements.
• Mentor staff and manage project budgets.
• Coordinate with design teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare redlines and review drawings.
• Develop task lists and schedules.
• Support business development and client relationships.
