Job summary

Providence Engineering seeks a Senior Project Manager, Structural to organize, manage, and plan projects of all sizes in Lancaster. You will lead project teams of Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Design Engineers to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget results.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in structural/civil engineering, 15+ years of experience, and PE/SE registration is preferred. This role offers competitive compensation, ESOP, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural/Civil Engineering or related field required.
• PE/SE registration preferred.
• 15+ years of related engineering experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting and cost containment skills.
• Proven leadership and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Secure project work through proposals to new and existing clients.
• Lead project teams to deliver on time, on budget, and to code.
• Oversee engineers to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop project budgets and schedules; delegate tasks.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Mentor staff and promote technical development.
