Providence Engineering seeks a Project Manager, Structural to organize, manage, and plan projects of all sizes. The PM will lead teams of engineers, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery and compliance with codes and client requirements.

Responsibilities include budgeting, QA reviews, and fostering client relationships for new work. Ideal candidates have a PE/SE preference, 8–15 years of engineering experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to mentor staff and drive project

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural/Civil/Architectural Engineering with structural emphasis is required.
• PE/SE registration is preferred but not mandatory.
• 8–15 years of related engineering experience is preferred.
• Strong budgeting and cost containment skills are essential.
• Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Superior written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project teams to deliver on time, on budget, and to code and client requirements.
• Develop project budgets and manage contracted fees throughout execution.
• Mentor engineers to enhance technical development and efficiency.
• Coordinate with management, business development, and marketing to win and retain clients.
• Prepare and review drawings, calculations, and QA submissions for internal reviews.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and act as lead engineer on key initiatives.
• Establish, maintain, and improve client relationships for new work.
