Job summary

IMEG Corporation is seeking a Project Executive in Houston, TX to lead client relationships and project delivery. The role supports the Client Executive, mentors senior staff, and coordinates with marketing and technical operations to drive team growth and consistent performance.

The position focuses on healthcare, industrial, mixed-use and related projects with ESOP ownership and opportunities for market growth within the Houston structural team.

Qualifications

• Significant stock ownership representing a forward path to Associate Principal level.
• Minimum 10 years, 15 years preferred, in PM/CM or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Demonstrated ability to design/manage major projects.
• Ability to mentor, motivate and lead others.
• Ability to travel up to 20% with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to grow the project pipeline and market presence.
• Promote business-development principles and client-focused strategy across the team.
• Participate in marketing and market-focused organizations to strengthen market presence.
• Serve as Project Manager on most assigned projects and lead client interviews.
• Manage client and project fees with a total aggregate value of ~ $2M.
• Contribute approximately $1M in new fees annually.
• Oversee financial success of projects and assist with AR collection.
• Support Technical Operations in training and consistency.
• Update marketing database with leads and proposals.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to senior staff on client relations.
