Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 8–10+ years of structural engineering and project management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, analysis, and management of structural engineering projects with focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans with oversight of quality and deliverables.
• Act as primary liaison between clients, contractors, and design teams for alignment and communication.
• Provide technical guidance, review designs, and ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
• Mentor and train junior engineers to promote growth and excellence.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure construction adherence to design intent.
