Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with PE license.
• 8–10+ years of structural engineering experience including project management.
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD; knowledge of IBC, ASCE, ACI.
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, and management of structural projects; ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Develop scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans with oversight of quality.
• Act as liaison between clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure alignment.
• Provide technical guidance; review designs and ensure code compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote professional growth.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify conformance to design.
