Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Licensed Structural Engineer (S.E.) with 6+ years of experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance-based seismic design and renovation projects.
• Manage peer review processes for complex structural designs.
• Coordinate closely with architects and consultants across disciplines.
• Mentor engineers and review design drawings and calculations.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client expectations.
