Qualifications
- BA/BS in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering; MS preferred.
- PE and/or SE licensure.
- 6+ years of structural engineering experience, ideally in consulting.
- Strong background in analytical modeling, detailing, and advanced concepts (steel, concrete, timber, seismic).
- Ability to independently develop engineering approaches and grow into technical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Independently evaluate and apply advanced engineering concepts to challenging problems.
- Develop deliverables that communicate clearly with clients.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal experts.
- Contribute to proposals and represent technical excellence with clients.
- Collaborate with sustainability, resilience, forensics, renewal, and related teams.
