Thornton Tomasetti, a global engineering firm, seeks a Senior Project Engineer who wants bigger challenges, deeper technical depth, and a clear runway toward becoming an expert. You will join a global collective where structural design is both science and craft, with meaningful responsibilities and fast growth.

You’ll lead, innovate, and mentor engineers, coordinating with architects, contractors, and internal experts, contributing to proposals and client communications.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Structural Engineer (SE) licensure.
• 6+ years in structural engineering, preferably in consulting.
• Strong background in analytical modeling and detailing.

Mansioni

• Independently evaluate and apply advanced engineering concepts to challenging structural problems.
• Develop deliverables that communicate clearly with clients.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal experts.
• Contribute to proposals and represent TT’s technical excellence with clients.
• Engage in internal collaborations with sustainability, resilience, forensics, renewal, protective design, etc.
• Develop leadership by connecting structural decisions to outcomes and client value.
• Mentor earlier-career engineers.
