Thornton Tomasetti is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to tackle complex structural challenges and lead technical initiatives. You will innovate, influence, and accelerate toward technical leadership while shaping some of the world’s most complex structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering is required
• PE and/or SE licensure is required or preferred
• 6+ years of structural engineering experience, ideally in consulting
• Strong background in analytical modeling, detailing, and advanced engineering concepts

Responsibilities

• Independently evaluate, adapt, and apply advanced engineering concepts to challenging structural problems
• Develop deliverables that communicate clearly with clients
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal experts
• Contribute to proposals and represent TT's technical excellence with clients
• Engage in internal collaboration focused on sustainability, resilience, forensics, renewal, protective design
• Mentor earlier-career engineers to enhance leadership within the team
