• Lead and refine structural analysis, design, and detailing tasks with engineering judgment.
• Review junior staff work and tailor outputs to project scope.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers and take on day‑to‑day technical decisions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to project management activities.
