The role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams from planning through construction, developing drawings, specs, and calculations, and reviewing shop drawings. Strong leadership, collaboration, and client-facing abilities are essential to deliver high-quality structural solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for structural EITs, junior engineers, designers, and/or modelers toward technical training and development.
• Serve as technical expert with authority in structural engineering for projects; resolve problems of greater scope.
• Lead as EOR to plan, direct, and monitor all structural aspects of large multi-discipline projects.
• Coordinate staffing and workload to complete documents on schedule.
• Produce and coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
• Conduct sessions with Project Managers and other disciplines on schematics, DD and CD work.
• Assist with staff development, profitability, morale, quality control and marketing support.
• May act as Assistant Project Manager and support production on projects.
• Lead coordination with other sections and marketing efforts.
