The role requires strong communication and leadership, with experience in ACI 350, OSHPD, and seismic retrofit design. The position is based in Walnut Creek, CA, with responsibilities spanning marketing support, staff development, and project production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum 7 years experience.
• Licensed California Structural Engineer (SE) preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to supervise engineers.
• Experience with ACI 350, OSHPD, ASCE 41 and seismic retrofit design.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineers, designers, and modelers toward delivery and training.
• Lead technical solutions and resolve complex structural problems.
• Direct and monitor structural aspects of large projects.
• Coordinate staffing and workload to meet schedules.
• Contribute to proposals, marketing, and client engagement.
