Job summary

IMEG Corp. is seeking an experienced leader to coordinate and oversee structural design projects in a full-time hybrid role in St. Louis, MO. You will assist executives with scopes, fees, and contracts, create schedules, and serve as the primary contact for teams and clients.

The role requires a PE license with 7+ years in building design consulting, strong communication, mentoring abilities, and travel up to 20%. IMEG offers ESOP, profit sharing, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, or equivalent, required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License required.
• 7 years of experience minimum, 8 preferred, in the building design consulting industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee, and manage projects ranging in size and complexity.
• Assist with design scopes of work, fee calculations for proposals, and contract reviews.
• Create project schedules with milestone and deadline targets.
• Serve as the point of contact for teams and clients.
• Create monthly billings and update billing projections and estimated completion percentages.
• Ensure designs follow owner standards, IMEG standards, and code requirements.
• Ensure design milestones, quality control, and construction technical support are completed timely.
• Collaborate with design staff and coordinate project schedules through all design and construction phases.
• Lead progress meetings and provide meeting documentation.
• Conduct site visits, respond to concerns, manage change orders and approvals.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff while building client relationships.
