Ideal candidates hold a BS in Civil/Structural Engineering, PE license, 5+ years of relevant experience, and BIM software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in civil/structural/architectural engineering or equivalent.
• PE license required; SE license or SE exam preferred.
• 5+ years in building design consulting; strong communication and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for structural systems analysis and design on projects.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and communicate technical information.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Perform design reviews, ensure code compliance, and monitor progress through construction.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
