The role emphasizes leadership, client relations, project delivery, and compliance with AISC/ASCE/IBC codes, with opportunities to grow into senior management and to work on diverse utility infrastructure

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis on civil/structural/geotechnical engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in structural and/or geotechnical engineering.
• Professional Engineering Licensure required (PE).
• Knowledge of industry design codes (AISC, ASCE, UBC, IBC).

Responsibilities

• Lead structural and geotechnical engineering design efforts across projects.
• Provide engineer-of-record responsibilities and stamping as required.
• Manage project teams of engineers, designers, and field personnel.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
