Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years of structural/geotechnical engineering experience.
• Professional Engineering licensure in multiple jurisdictions or ability to obtain.
• NCEES Records or reciprocity to obtain licensure.
• Knowledge of industry codes (AISC, ASCE, UBC, IBC).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading teams in a consulting environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Deltek system.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects as Engineer of Record and oversee structural/geotechnical design.
• Provide technical oversight and day-to-day management of the engineering team.
• Manage client communications, proposals, and deliverables to ensure quality.
