You will build and validate FEA models, analyze mechanical and thermal environments, and collaborate with design, systems, and test engineers to ensure simulation results inform engineering decisions.

The role may be filled at R&D Engineer 2 or 3 level, with increasing leadership and modeling strategy responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Engineering Expertise across mechanical, structural, civil, or aerospace engineering.
• Ability to operate across fidelity levels—from first-principles to large-scale simulations.
• Experience interpreting simulation results in the context of real systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-fidelity structural mechanics simulations.
• Build, validate, and maintain complex FEA models.
• Analyze system and component behavior under mechanical and thermal environments.
• Collaborate with design, systems, test, and analysis engineers to connect simulation with engineering decisions.
• Present findings to technical teams and program stakeholders.
