Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or higher required.
• 4 years of related experience for lower level or 6 years for higher level; advanced degrees may substitute.
• Experience with structural dynamics, vibration testing, and experimental modal analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute complex MIMO tests.
• Analyze test results in near real-time to guide test execution.
• Build and update finite element models based on test data.
• Provide technical leadership and interface with customers for higher level.
• Lead engineering teams and plan deliverables for testing tasks.
