Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience or higher in STEM fields.
• Master’s degree with 6 years of experience or higher in STEM fields.
• Ph.D. with 4 years of experience or higher in STEM fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workload of the Digital Hardware team (approx. 12 engineers).
• Interface with program teams to help meet schedule and performance goals.
• Conduct staffing plans, performance reviews, goal planning, and coaching.
• Lead roadmap development and process improvements; hire to manage workload and attrition.
• Engage with customers and cross-organization partners; drive engagement and improvement.
