Northrop Grumman in Linthicum, MD seeks a Digital Engineering Manager 2 to lead a ~12-person digital hardware team within the Mission Systems Sector. You will manage workload, mentor engineers and partner with programs to meet schedules.

The role blends technical leadership with people management, roadmap development and process improvement, while ensuring staff engagement and skill growth in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital and/or hardware design.
• 3 years of experience with people management, leading a technical design team, including workload management, performance reviews, and employee development/coaching.
• 3 years of experience leading a high-performing team (technical, IPTL, Agile, or functional management).
• US Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S Government Secret Clearance prior to starting.
