Qualifications

• Licensed California Structural Engineer (SE) and Professional Engineer (PE).
• 10+ years of vertical-building structural engineering experience.
• Experience as Engineer of Record and technical lead for complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of CBC, IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, and California seismic requirements.
• Proficiency with ETABS, SAP2000, PERFORM-3D, RAM, SAFE, or similar software.

Responsabilités

• Lead structural analysis, design, and rehabilitation of complex buildings.
• Act as Engineer of Record for major projects from planning to delivery.
• Prepare and review calculations, specifications, reports, and drawings.
• Mentor engineers and designers, promoting technical excellence.
• Collaborate with architects, owners and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support client development, pursuits, and technical presentations.
• Lead seismic engineering and retrofit designs (ASCE 41).
• Shape Jacobs' structural practice across California.
