Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural Engineering.
• PE license or ability to obtain; strong communication and leadership.
• MS degree is a plus for advanced structural roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design under supervision.
• Develop design concepts and finalize documentation for paper and model.
• Coordinate with leads, other disciplines, and designers to meet project needs.
• Ensure compliance with US codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC) and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
