Job summary

Arcadis, USA, is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer (PE or Senior EIT) to lead project components across sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and rail. You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality structural designs.

This hybrid role requires 6+ years of experience, a Structural/Civil Engineering degree, and a PE license or status as a Senior EIT preparing for PE within six months. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of structural engineering project experience.
• PE license or Senior EIT candidate planning to write PE exam within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of USA codes (IBC, ACI, AISC).

Responsibilities

• Lead project components and coordinate with EOR; provide senior review.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop calculations, plans, specs, and contract documents.
• Perform Construction Administration duties and site observations; respond to RFIs.
• Travel to project sites and client meetings as needed.
