Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with 6+ years of project experience to join our growing team in a hybrid USA role. A PE license or Senior EIT preparing to take the PE exam within six months is preferred. You’ll mentor juniors, lead design efforts, and work across sectors from manufacturing to rail.

The role offers growth into senior technical or project leadership, with opportunities for travel and collaboration across disciplines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant structural engineering project experience.
• PE license or Senior EIT candidate planning to take PE exam within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead key project components and mentor junior engineers.
• Contribute to innovative, high‑quality design solutions across sectors.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and perform technical analyses with senior review.
• Travel for project work and client visits as needed.
