Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Lead Structural Engineer to join our Industrial Center of Excellence within the Property & Buildings business line. You will lead design and analysis for industrial facilities and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams through planning, design, construction and commissioning.

The role requires a PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months, 7+ years of experience, and proficiency with RAM, RISA, STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000, Revit and BIM workflows.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidate with PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience designing steel, concrete, and masonry structures for industrial facilities.
• Proficient in structural analysis software and BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis for industrial facilities including manufacturing and tech campuses.
• Prepare calculations, reports, specifications and construction documents.
• Coordinate with architecture, civil, mechanical, and process teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and support business development activities.
