WSP USA is seeking a Lead Structural Engineer to join our Industrial Center of Excellence within the Property & Buildings business line. You will lead design and analysis for industrial facilities, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams from planning through commissioning.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of structural experience, a PE license (or ability to obtain within 12 months), and proficiency with RAM, RISA, STAAD, ETABS, Revit and AutoCAD.
WSP is currently initiating a search for a Lead Structural Engineer to join our growing Industrial Center of Excellence (ICoE) within the Property & Buildings business line. Our Industrial CoE supports some of the world's most innovative industrial clients, delivering integrated engineering solutions for advanced manufacturing facilities, semiconductor and microelectronics facilities, battery manufacturing plants, life sciences and pharmaceutical production facilities, food and beverage facilities, mission-critical infrastructure, and logistics and distribution centers.
This position offers the opportunity to lead structural design efforts on complex industrial projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout planning, design, construction, and commissioning. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, support project delivery, and help develop innovative and practical solutions that promote safety, quality, constructability, and operational performance.

Expected Salary (all locations): $102,200- $151,800
