Casper, Phillips & Associates seeks a full-time structural engineer to lead a team through design and review of structures from concept to construction in Washington state.

The role also involves maintaining client relationships, developing proposals, and mentoring younger engineers. A PE license and strong FEA experience are required, with expertise in complex steel design and related codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of structural engineering experience.
• US Structural SE license (any state acceptable).
• 4 years of experience with Finite Element Analysis.
• Experience designing complex steel structures.
• Familiar with ASCE 7 or AASHTO.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers through design and review of structures from concept through construction.
• Maintain client relationships, develop proposals, and mentor younger engineers.
