$120,000 - $160,000
Benefit Package: Employer funded/provided healthcare plan with monthly health savings account (HSA) contributions ($3,800/year). Dental and Vision insurance coverage. Performance based bonuses. Paid sick leave, paid vacation, paid holiday (6 weeks total paid time off per year). SARSEP (simplified employee pension) retirement plan with no vesting period. CP&A participate in Washington State family leave; paid parental leave (both maternal and paternal) up to 90% of salary for 12‑16 weeks.
