Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant post-education experience.
• Engineer in Training Certification.
• Proficient knowledge of structural engineering principles.
• Experience with infrastructure planning and construction management.
• Ability to work independently and lead junior team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with technical writing and design software.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional structural engineering work and conduct research and inspections of proposed and existing site conditions.
• Develop construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates; coordinate with owners, other disciplines, and clients.
• Develop or incorporate advanced modeling and design requirements for safety and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects across multiple sites.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and presentations to convey findings.
• Provide guidance and training to entry-level engineers.
