Qualifications

• Ability to lead and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Analyze data from sites using surveys, maps, GIS data, and other sources.

• Coordinate with owners, other disciplines, sub-consultants, and clients.
