Job summary

WSP USA is seeking an experienced Senior Structural/Civil Engineer to oversee multi-site due‑diligence, design, and construction of building and infrastructure projects in the public and private sectors.

You will lead complex investigations, develop plans and cost estimates, and mentor teams while ensuring safety, code compliance, and high‑quality outcomes across phases from concept to operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 10+ years of post-education experience in engineering with structural or civil design.
• Engineer license (multi-state preferred).
• Proficient in structural/civil design principles and project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for data collection, analysis, and design for complex infrastructure projects.
• Lead multi‑site/delivery phases from concept to construction and operations.
• Develop construction plans, specs, cost estimates, and safety/phasings.
• Coordinate with owners, disciplines, sub-consultants, and clients.
• Mentor staff and ensure QA/QC across deliverables.
