Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in structural engineering for infrastructure.
• Pr Eng registration with ECSA is highly desirable.
• Experience with major infrastructure projects and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed structural analysis and design for infrastructure projects.
• Prepare design reports, specs, and construction drawings per standards.
• Oversee project execution from concept to completion within timelines and budget.
• Collaborate with architects, geotechnical engineers, and PMs.
• Perform site inspections and provide guidance during construction.
• Mentor junior engineers and supervise staff.
• Review and approve designs and calculations.
• Stay updated with latest structural software and methods.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Manage client relationships and participate in meetings.
