Qualifications

• Must have PE license; SE is a plus.
• 8-12+ years structural engineering experience required.
• Strong leadership and project management experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with concrete/steel infrastructure design is essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead structural analysis and design for concrete and steel infrastructure systems.
• Apply seismic loading, design codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC).
• Perform site inspections and rehab strategy development.
• Prepare calculations, reports, drawings, specifications.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical development.
• Support business development and client presentations.
