Job summary

Accura Engineering & Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to support federal construction and facility projects, including Fort Hood, TX.

You will evaluate structural integrity, review designs, and ensure compliance with codes and project requirements. The role requires PE licensure and at least 5 years of structural engineering experience, with preference for federal project exposure and RMS familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• PE license required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Structural Engineer.
• Experience on federal, USACE, DoD, or other large federal construction projects preferred.
• Experience with RMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the structural integrity of facilities.
• Review and recommend approval of structural design plans.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Provide recommendations for structural enhancements, if necessary.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress.
