The engineer will work with government personnel, designers, contractors, and project stakeholders, performing site visits and providing technical guidance throughout design and construction processes. A PE license and federal project experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of structural engineering experience.
• Experience on federal, USACE, DoD or large federal projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and design review processes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate structural integrity of facilities and review designs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and project requirements.
• Provide QA/QC oversight and recommendations during design and construction.
• Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with construction teams.
• Attend meetings and participate in design reviews.
• Document progress and report on structural activities.
