Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer within our Advanced Manufacturing team to work on Data Center projects, including new builds and retrofits. You will perform structural design tasks and collaborate with a diverse team across Jacobs offices domestically and internationally.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in structural engineering, a B.S. in civil/structural engineering, and PE eligibility with CAD and analysis software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Professional engineer license or ability to become registered in additional states.
• Experience with CAD software and structural analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and design for structural components.
• Create computer models for structures and perform member calculations.
• Coordinate designs with Jacobs offices domestically and internationally.
• Prepare estimates and assist with project schedules.
