Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer within our Advanced Manufacturing team to work on data center projects, including new builds and retrofits. You will perform structural analyses, develop models, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across Jacobs offices in the U.S.

and abroad. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Civil or Structural Engineering with 8+ years of experience, PE licensure, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, S3D, plus RISA/STAAD and relevant design

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• 8+ years of professional structural engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to become registered in additional states.
• Ability to travel to client sites (approx. 10%–20%).

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of structural engineering analyses and calculations.
• Create computer models for structures and foundations.
• Coordinate designs with Jacobs offices domestically and internationally.
• Lead teams to deliver projects on schedule and budget.
