Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering is required; PE license preferred.
- 15+ years of professional experience in structural engineering.
- Ability to travel to client sites (approx. 10–40%).
- Strong communication with executives and clients; ability to lead diverse teams.
- Experience with multiple building materials and design codes.
Responsibilities
- Lead structural engineering efforts across data center projects (new builds and retrofits).
- Mentor junior and senior staff; coordinate with clients and upper management.
- Develop and validate advanced structural models; establish modeling standards.
- Oversee calculations for member design and foundations; manage schedules and documentation.
- Guide design delivery and Build‑Design methodologies within teams.
