Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Structural Asset and Program Manager in Illinois to own and steward the Tollway's structural assets, including bridges and sign structures.

The role connects inspection findings with maintenance, capital planning, and replacement strategies to ensure a state of good repair across critical assets. The candidate will lead inspection programs, manage data-driven decisions, coordinate with engineers and stakeholders, and oversee asset governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required with PE license.
• Certified Illinois Bridge Team Leader.
• Illinois PE license and 10+ years of progressive structural/roadway experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate inspection programs for bridges, walls, sign structures, and other assets.
• Provide program ownership for inspection findings, asset condition, and capital planning.
• Develop prioritized maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, and replacement recommendations at the program level.
• Contribute to capital program development, scoping, and concept development with lifecycle cost insights.
• Lead annual reporting for asset classes, maintain data quality in asset-management systems.

Illinois Professional Engineer (PE) license
