Blue Origin is seeking an experienced structural analyst to evaluate complex aerospace structures for New Glenn. You will perform hand calculations, FEM analyses, and reliability assessments to support design, manufacturing, and operations while mentoring junior analysts.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration across teams, and deep knowledge of metallic and composite structures, with attention to safety and quality in spaceflight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in aerospace or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 8+ years in aircraft/spacecraft/launch-vehicle structures.
• Experience analyzing non-conformances and performing complete hand calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed hand calculations and FEM analyses of primary/secondary structures.
• Document stress analyses to support engineering drawings and releases.
• Provide guidance on repair methods for metallic/composite structures.
