Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM and 10+ years of experience, or 14 years without a degree.
• 10 years of structural analysis experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams and driving technical and cost performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical leader and/or lead analysis/test teams.
• Support staffing requests to ensure programs are staffed with appropriate personnel.
• Engage with team members on performance and career development.
• Assist with proposal preparation including estimating scope of new engineering projects.
• Perform hand calculations to determine scope of higher detail analysis models.
• Perform detailed analysis to solve diverse program structural challenges.
• Peer review analyses to validate processes and results.
• Document results according to ME standards.
• Deliver results to internal and external customers.
