Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with 8+ years of experience, or 12+ years without degree.
• 8+ years of structural analysis experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams and driving cost performance.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead MA&T department technical processes and tools.
• Staff programs with appropriate personnel.
• Mentor team and discuss performance.
• Prepare proposals and estimate scope of new projects.
• Perform hand calculations and detailed analyses.
• Document results per ME standards and deliver to customers.
