Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics and 10+ years of experience or 14 years without a degree.
• 10 years of structural analysis experience and leadership of engineering teams.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical leader and/or lead analysis/test teams.
• Support staffing requests to ensure programs are staffed appropriately.
• Engage with team members to discuss performance and career development.
• Assist with proposal preparation and estimating scope of new projects.
• Perform hand calculations and detailed analyses for structural challenges.
• Peer review analyses and document results per Raytheon ME standards.
• Deliver results to internal and external customers.
