Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the US seeks a Senior Associate/Consultant to lead and deliver strategic initiatives, transactions, and turnaround efforts for a diverse client portfolio. You will collaborate with EY-Parthenon teams to enhance client value through improved go-to-market, pricing, and operating models.

The role requires strong analytical skills, client management, and the ability to work on-site at client locations or EY offices about 3 days per week, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, CS or Analytics with 2 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Management consulting experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategy development, transactions, and turnaround projects for clients.
• Collaborate with EY-Parthenon colleagues to unlock value in go-to-market, pricing, and operating models.
• Identify revenue opportunities and cost/margin improvements while minimizing client disruption.
