EY-Parthenon is seeking Consultants to join our strategic consulting teams across major US offices. You will contribute to case work that blends transformative strategy, transactions and corporate finance to deliver practical client-ready solutions.

Training focuses on core business concepts and analytics, with rapid responsibility on client engagements. We value exceptional academics, strong analytical skills and experience in health-industry research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of relevant work experience, or a graduate degree with ~18 months of related work experience.
• Experience in strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking, market research, or similar roles.
• Ability to analyze products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities in health industry.
• Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication in a professional setting.
• Strong organizational/time-management skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Join case teams and analyze client challenges, gather information, perform analyses and prepare presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with client personnel and internal teams; quickly assume responsibility on projects.
• Contribute to multi‑client engagements covering long‑term strategy, market evaluation and cost optimization.
