Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Deal Technology practice seeks a Senior Associate-Consultant to support and execute operational projects across sectors. You’ll help develop and execute strategies for transactions, including pre-deal and post-deal work, with a commercial mindset.

You’ll join EY in a flexible, hybrid environment with a broad compensation package and opportunities to grow within a diverse, global team. Travel may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Ability to prioritize effectively on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Solid negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
• Expertise in at least two IT skill areas (e.g., IT strategy, enterprise architecture, cloud strategies, ERP, IT service management, data separation, AI tools).
• Experience with key business processes such as procurement to pay, record to report, and order to cash.
