EY-Parthenon (EY Parthenon) is seeking a strategy and transactions professional to drive client engagements from Boston to Los Angeles and beyond. You will lead work streams, coordinate teams, and liaise with Directors, Partners, and clients to deliver actionable insights.

The role emphasizes leadership in complex environments, development of junior staff, and a strong emphasis on market sizing, diligence, and AI-enabled analysis. Travel and flexible hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with around 18 months of related work experience.
• 18+ months of experience leading technology/software companies in a leadership role (consulting or industry).
• Experience managing business strategy and commercial diligence projects in complex environments.
• Ability to assess industries, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
• Proficient in English, written and verbal, in a professional environment.
• Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary.
• Must reside in or be within commutable distance to the office location.
